  • The product or service you purchased was not delivered as described at the time of purchase.
  • Duplicate transactions or accidental payments.

2. Conditions for Refunds

To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • You must submit a refund request within 14 days of your purchase.
  • Proof of purchase, such as an order receipt or transaction ID, must be provided.
  • Refunds will not be processed if the service or product has been used or fully consumed unless there is a clear technical fault.
  • Custom development or consultancy services may not be eligible for a full refund once the work has commenced.

3. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable:

  • Domain registrations
  • Hosting services once initiated
  • Custom software development services where progress has been made beyond initial stages

4. Refund Process

To request a refund, please contact our support team at sales@muzenterprise.com with your order details and the reason for the refund request. Our team will review your request and respond within 5-7 business days.

If approved, the refund will be processed back to the original method of payment within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or card issuer to reflect the refund.

5. Cancellations

For services that are set up on a recurring basis (such as hosting or maintenance), you can cancel your service at any time by contacting our support team. Cancellations must be requested at least 7 days before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the next period.

6. Changes to the Refund Policy

We reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated through updates on our website.
